You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-returnable items include:
Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats)
Personalized or custom items
Opened or used pet grooming products
Clearance or final sale items - How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@mrshahllc.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return. Our team will guide you through the process. - Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
Please pack items securely to prevent damage during return shipping. - Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. - Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. - Defective or Damaged Items
